How it works
Share it with your team
Each paid seat comes with 20 shares a year. Admins assign the course to staff from their account.
They work at their own pace
Staff complete the on-demand lessons in order, with no skipping ahead. Their progress shows on your admin dashboard.
They earn their certificate
The course follows the BACB's 2026 40-Hour Training Requirements. Staff download a certificate signed by our Responsible Trainer, a BCBA.
Competency assessment and exam
We prepare them, you assess them. Staff complete the competency assessment with a BCBA, then sit for the BACB exam.

Free isn’t always free. Autism Partnership Foundation’s free 40-hour course has a 61.2% first-time exam pass rate (BACB, 2025). Every retake is more time before that RBT can start billing.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does it launch?
We're in final review now, so within the next few weeks! We're so proud of how it's turning out and we can't wait to share it with you. Book a demo and you'll see the full course before it's live.
Does the course meet BACB requirements?
Yes. The course follows the BACB's 2026 40-Hour Training Requirements and Curriculum Outline. Upon completion, each staff member downloads a certificate of completion signed by our Responsible Trainer, a BCBA.
How long do staff have to complete the course?
The BACB requires that the 40 hours be completed in no fewer than 5 days and no more than 180 days from enrollment. Admins can track each person's progress from the dashboard and send reminders to anyone who needs a nudge.
We hire year-round. Do we have to pay-per-RBT?
No. BIP Visualized subscriptions are for your BCBAs, and each subscription includes 20 course shares a year. For example, a team of 5 BCBAs has 100 shares to send out, which is meant to cover your whole team with room for the hiring you'll do over the year.
Do you offer the competency assessment?
Not directly, but we prepare staff for it. The course includes a full lesson on the competency assessment, with videos of each skill and a fillable planner where staff map out the role play they'll lead and plan how they'll answer each question. If you need someone to administer the assessment, we can refer you to BCBAs who complete it virtually.
