Morgan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and the teams around them. She is the co-founder of BIP Visualized and a best-selling author in ABA and Special Education. Morgan works closely with neurodivergent consultants and leading experts in the field to make behavior expertise approachable through visuals.
Bou van Diepen
COO, Co-Founder
Boudewijn (Bou) began his career as a graphic designer and later moved into product design. He has become an award-winning design leader with over a decade of experience working with organizations including Hulu, MIT, Bain & Company, and the Dutch government. Alongside Morgan, Bou co-founded ABA Visualized in 2019 with a vision of bringing clear, thoughtful design and visual storytelling into behavior support. Since then, ABA Visualized has grown into a widely used platform, with more than 125,000 products sold and a large, engaged community of educators, clinicians, and families around the world.
