Brendan is the CTO of BIP Visualized, where he leads the development of the platform. He is the founder of Ecliptic Ideas, a San Diego software company that builds custom web and mobile applications, and he built InsightLeap, a SaaS product that helps Amazon sellers make sense of their data. Brendan loves solving technical problems and building new products, and he keeps BIP Visualized fast, reliable and secure for the teams who use it every day.

Deanna is a school psychologist and BCBA who specializes in special education evaluations, IEP advocacy, and ABA services across home, school, and clinic settings. She is the founder of CARE Behavior Consultants, providing behavioral consultation to schools, RBT and BCBA supervision, parent training, and functional behavior assessments. Deanna is passionate about collaboration and committed to making teachers and parents feel confident implementing ABA strategies.

Vanessa Chau

Vanessa is passionate about helping young children thrive through compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized support. With over seven years of hands-on experience supporting children and families across home, school, childcare, clinic, and community settings, Vanessa is the founder of Mighty Steps Early Intervention, based in Sydney, Australia. Mighty Steps provides ABA-based services designed to build meaningful skills, support confidence and independence, and empower families every step of the way.

Nicole Yu

Nicole is passionate about working directly with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and behaviors of concern. She is known for her supportive, thoughtful, and child-centered approach, helping each child build confidence, independence, and practical skills while supporting families along the way. Nicole is a valued member of the Mighty Steps Early Intervention team. Nicole is a Certified Behavior Analyst and is currently working toward her Board Certified Behavior Analyst accreditation.

Serina is passionate about helping children build confidence as they learn new skills. She is known for her encouraging and strengths-based approach, supporting each child to grow at their own pace and in their own way. Serina is a member of the Mighty Steps Early Intervention team and is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University. She has completed a 40-hour behavior technician training and is working toward her Registered Behavior Technician certification.
