How does pricing work for ABA agencies?
You can start with an individual account for BCBAs and mid tier supervisors, then invite more team members as your agency grows. Your billing automatically updates as seats are added. With their accounts, supervisors can create, customize, and share plans and resources with RBTs, families, and teachers, who can all access shared materials for free. We also offer discounted pricing for teams of five or more, so reach out to learn more.
How do staff and families access the trainings and resources?
When you share a course with them, they’ll receive an email prompting them to sign up and create an account. Once they create an account, they’ll have access to the course along with any BIPs and strategies you shared with them.
Is there an extra fee to assign the 40 hour RBT training to staff?
No. The full 40-Hour RBT Training is included with your team account at no additional cost, and you can assign it to as many staff members as you need.
How can we track if staff have completed their assigned trainings?
Our staff trainings include quizzes at the end so staff can test their knowledge and receive a certificate when they meet the 80% passing criteria. They can share the certificate with their supervisor as proof of completion.
What kind of resources are available for parent coaching?
We offer several options! You can review a family’s visual BIP with them so they understand how to support proactively and how to respond during challenging moments. If you’re coaching on a specific skill or the learner doesn’t have a BIP, you can open any visual strategy and walk through the step-by-step visuals, customizing the images and text to show what it could look like at home. We also have visual resources paired with parent coaching lesson plans that include a suggested structure, guiding questions, and simple action steps for families between sessions. Another option is to watch the on-demand family trainings together and pause to discuss how to individualize the strategies.
