Steps
Click the help bubble. Choose “Ask a question”, “Request content or features” or “Report an issue”.
Type what you need, for example “I’m looking for resources on emotional regulation”.
Navi replies with linked results: strategies (Building Emotional Control Skills), courses (Supporting Emotional Regulation in the Classroom) and resources (My Feelings Toolbox Visual, Calming Strategies Visual Cards).
Click a result to view and customize a strategy, start a course, or download a resource.
