Goals, Vision Board & Bingo

This eight-page activity takes students through three connected steps: a goal worksheet supplied in two versions, one with open-ended prompts and one with guided questions covering learning, friendships, handling challenges and recognizing progress; a vision board page for cutting and gluing images that represent the goal; and an accountability bingo card where each square holds one small, repeatable action, with a photographed sample of a finished board and card included.

What You'll Learn

  • How to move a student from a written goal, to a visual representation, to a tracked daily action
  • How to break a goal into small, specific bingo-square actions such as reading for ten minutes three nights in a row
  • Which worksheet version to choose based on how much scaffolding a group needs

Who Is This For

Educators and behavior staff running goal-setting at the start of the school year, a new quarter, or any point a student needs to reset.
